Dancing Pixies Dancing Pixies

Shade plant for the autumn.

I bring sunshine to autumn!

I know autumn can be dark at times – but who needs sunshine when you've got me around? My colours are as fresh as summer drinks enjoyed on the balcony, my bouquet of flowers as delicate as soft rays of sunshine, I bring back the summer in autumn. BTW, I'm not that bad looking even without my flowers, so why not use me as an ornamental foliage plant!

More than an insider tip

Saxifraga cortusifolia – the botanical name of Dancing Pixies – has always been very popular among plant enthusiasts and people who appreciate rarities. The aim of the breeders' devoted work in creating this cultivar has been to draw more attention to this highly versatile plant. Well deserved, we'd say. Why don't you see for yourself!

Uses

Meet the Family!

I'm the result of a long journey, not just geographically speaking. My family as I know it today was created with lots of love and intense breeding work from a small number of plants imported from Japan seven years ago. At the moment, there are eleven of us, but that's certainly not the end of it (stay tuned!). I'm aware that introducing the family is a huge step to make, but I think we're ready for it. What do you think?
